I cannot believe I have to say this, but my website is for my books and blogging about the process behind my books.
What it is not for is a random man from a state “close” to mine to message me and ask if I want to hook up, date, or if I have a boyfriend. If my contact form doesn’t explicitly state I’m looking for a boyfriend — spoiler alert, I’m not — then do not use my form to ask me about my relationship status or if I want to get together with you. I don’t, and that will always be the case.
